People say i skip leg day! No! Squats is my favorite workout! Like, I freakin love it. The chiropractor told me to stop squats but i didn't. So that's why my progress is slower due to my knee injury. My current weight is 60kg squatting 70kgs(154x5). Need to clean the form up though :) #squat#workout#legit #legday#haterstellingmeiskiplegday
